Q. How can I create an account with you?

An account can only be created when an order is placed on our website. Once you click on your 'Cart' and click 'Proceed to Checkout,' you will be prompted to Login to your existing account or Create an Account.

 

Q. I just created an account when I checked out and became a member. Why isn't my membership discount showing on my next order?

Before placing an order, make sure you are logged into your account. Once you are logged in, membership discount and free shipping will show on all eligible products. Please allow up to 24 hours for us to verify and activate your membership discount after your initial purchase.

 

Q. Does my membership include complementary shipping?

All domestic (U.S.) memberships include complementary shipping. International memberships do not. For more on the benefits of membership, click here

 

Q. How do I become a Core member?

Q. I signed up for level or Book Club membership before October 1, 2025. Which tier have I just been converted to?

All Level 1 and Book Club members were automatically shifted to the Core tier as of October 1, 2025. All Level 2 and Book Club Gold Star members were automatically shifted to the Core+Family tier as of October 1, 2025.

 

Q. I've just been converted from Level 1 to a Core membership. Will I continue to receive the Standard Bearer?

All magazine subscriptions will continue until the renewal date (that is, the anniversary of the date when you first signed up for level membership). Around that time, you will be contacted by the RFPA office by phone or email about renewing your subscription separately from your Core/Family membership. 

 

Q. I've just been converted from Level 2 to a Core+Family membership. Will I continue to receive the Standard Bearer and Ignited by the Word?

Q. What is a "Committed Reader"?

A "Committed Reader" refers to anyone who has signed up as a tier member, and has thus committed to receiving books from the RFPA throughout the year. 

 

Q. How do I collect my remaining free books if any were left over from my previous level membership?

Any free books remaining on your account have been converted to an account credit. This account credit will be automatically applied to new release titles that you would have received for your level membership, or you may contact the RFPA office to apply this credit anyway you desire (to new releases, backlist titles, or magazine subscriptions). You can also donate this credit to the RFPA by request.

 

Q. What happens to the level membership credit on my account if I don't contact the RFPA office?

Any level membership credit on your account will be automatically applied to the next new release that you would have received as a level member. To apply the credit to other books or magazine subscriptions instead, contact the RFPA office directly by email (mail@rfpa.org), phone (616-457-5970), or our website contact form here.

 

Q. Can I customize the books I receive as a tier member?

Members can no longer customize the books they receive within their membership. All Core members will automatically receive new releases in the Core category, as determined by the RFPA Board. All Family members will automatically receive new releases in the Family category. All Core+Family members will automatically receive all new releases from the RFPA. Q. How does eBook pricing work?

An eBook's retail price is 50% of the hard copy price, capped at $19.95. All Committed Readers receive an automatic 25% off discount on eBooks, with limited exceptions (see next FAQ for details). 

 

Q. Can I sign up to receive eBooks automatically as part of my membership?

Committed Readers may elect to automatically receive the eBook version of newly released titles that they also purchase in hard copy. For those who make this election, a special price of $2.95 per eBook will be applied. This special price is only available at the initial release of a new title and is not available for those who purchase only the eBook format of the title. Committed Readers must contact the office to set up receiving eBooks of new releases automatically. 

 

Q. Help! I can't remember my password.

When you are attempting to login under the 'Customer Login' section, there is a 'Forgot your Password' link. Provide your email address, and you will be sent an email enabling you to reset your password and login to your account. If you can't login to your account for any other reason, contact us for help at 616-457-5970 or mail@rfpa.org.

 

Q. Where can I find RFPA books?

RFPA books can be found here at rfpa.org. You can also stop in to the RFPA bookstore at 1894 Georgetown Center Drive, Jenison MI 49428 in the United States to purchase any of our titles. 

Select RFPA books can also be found at many fine bookstores across the world. These include Reformed Book Outlet in Hudsonville, MI; Reformation Heritage Books in Grand Rapids, MI; the Westminster Seminary bookstore in Glenside, PA; Reformed Book Services in Brantford, ON, Canada; the PRCA Seminary bookstore in Grandville, MI; Covenant PRC bookstore in Ballymena, Northern Ireland; and the Berean PCRP bookstore in Antipolo, the Philippines. 

 

Q. For Domestic orders: Can I have my order shipped faster by UPS or USPS Priority Mail?

Yes, however, there will be an added cost for shipping UPS or USPS Priority Mail. (This added cost applies to members as well.) Please call the RFPA office at 616-457-5970 or email us and we will let you know the added cost for shipping.

 

Q. Is it possible to arrange to pick up my order to avoid a shipping charge?

Absolutely. If you would rather pick up your order than have it shipped, please check the appropriate box on the check-out page and call the RFPA office at 616-457-5970 to arrange for a time for pick-up.

 

Q. Where is the RFPA Sermon Audio/SermonAudio account?

The RFPA SermonAudio account was deleted in March 2024. All content on the account has been made available on the Reformed Free Publishing YouTube page here and can be downloaded from the RFPA website here

 

Q. How can I join the Association?

If you are interested in becoming a member of the Association, please call the RFPA office at 616-457-5970 for information on membership criteria. You can also sign up for consideration as an Association member here. All potential members must be approved by the Association at the Annual Meeting each year in September.

  

Q. How do I sign up for the RFPA blog?

Scroll to the bottom of our homepage and, on the bottom far right side, enter your email address, and then hit 'Subscribe.' You are now signed up to start receiving RFPA blog posts and be notified about new products and promotions!

 

Q. How do I access my Standard Bearer eSubscription?

To access your eSubscription to the Standard Bearer, you must be logged in to your account on our site. The link for the eSubscription page (exclusive content for eSubscribers only) is located in the dropdown menu under the Standard Bearer tab. Please allow up to 24 hours for us to verify and activate your eSubscription after your initial purchase. 

 

Q. How do I download my Standard Bearer files to my Kindle device?

1. Once you are logged into the eSubscriber exclusive access page, the current issue will be on top. Select 'download issue/ebook.'

2. A window will open where you will be asked what you want to do with the zipped file. Click 'Save as' to your desktop. Unzipping the file will give you both a separate .epub and .mobi file. You might need the .mobi file for your Kindle if it's what is considered a legacy (older) model.

3. Send an email to your Kindle device (your unique Kindle email address) and attach the .mobi file. The file will download automatically to your Kindle.

 

Q. How do I receive or download my eBooks?

If you order an ebook, you will receive two emails. The first is an order confirmation from rfpa.org. The second contains two links to download your ebook. (If you do not receive the second email, please check your email spam box or junk mail box.) One file link is for Kindle users specifically (.mobi) and the other is for all other devices (.epub). Click the appropriate file for your device and download it either to your computer (and then transfer to your device via cable or email) or directly to your device, depending on your device’s capability. Q. Do you offer examination copies?

We offer physical examination copies of any book in our catalog at 40% off when ordered through the college or university at which the course will be conducted. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of all exam copies, whether domestic or international. If your department or school library is subscribed to our level membership program, shipping cost may be waived.

To request physical examination copies, write to us on departmental letterhead and include:

  • Course title and level

  • Semester(s) offered or dates course will run

  • Expected enrollment

  • Text(s) currently used

  • Adoption decision deadline

  • Your complete contact information, including shipping address

Once we've received your request via email at mail@rfpa.org or mail at Reformed Free Publishing Association, 1894 Georgetown Center Dr, Jenison, MI 49428, we will contact you to inform you if your request has been approved. At that time, we will request a check or credit card information to cover the book's discounted price plus the cost of shipping. Please contact mail@rfpa.org or 616-457-5970 with further questions or to find out tentative shipping costs for exam copies.
