Q. How can I create an account?

Answer: An account can only be created when an order is being placed on our website. Once you click on your "Cart" and proceed to Checkout, you will be prompted to Login to your existing account or to Create an Account.

Q. I just created an account when I checked out & became a Club Member. Why isn't my Club Discount showing up still when I log back in after my initial purchase?

Answer: Please allow up to 24 hours for us to verify and activate your Club Discount after your initial purchase.

Q. I cannot login to my account.

Answer: This could be for two reasons:

1. This is a new website, therefore, your old account information did not transfer over and you will have to activate your account from your email invitation. If you did not receive this email, you may create a new account also. If you are a Club Member and re-sign up as a Club Member at checkout, it will not duplicate your membership status.

2. Make sure you are using the email address and correct password you originally used to setup your account.

Q. I cannot remember my password.

Answer: When you are attempting to login under the "Customer Login" section, there is a "Forgot your Password" link. Provide your email address and you will be sent an email enabling you to reset your password and login to your account.

Q. Why doesn’t my Book Club discount show on my order?

Answer: Before placing an order, make sure you are logged into your account. Once you are logged in, the Book Club prices will show on all eligible products. 

Q. How do I access my Standard Bearer  esubscription?

Answer: The esubscription to the Standard Bearer resides on our website. To access it, you must be logged in to your account. The link for the esubscription page (exclusive content for esubscribers only) is located in the drop-down menu under the Standard Bearer tab or if you click the Standard Bearer tab, there is also a button on the Standard Bearer information page. You will be notified via email each time the new issue is posted.

Q. Why can't I access my Standard Bearer  esubscription?

Answer: Please allow up to 24 hours for us to verify and activate your esubscription after your initial purchase.

Q. How do I receive or download my ebooks?

Answer: If you order an ebook, you will receive two emails. The first is an order confirmation from rfpa.org. The second contains two links to download your ebook. (If you do not receive the second email, please check your email spam box or junk mail box.) One file link is for Kindle users specifically (.mobi) and the other is for all other devices (.epub). Click the appropriate file for your device and download it either to your computer (and then transfer to your device via cable or email) or directly to your device, depending on your device’s capability. Q. How do I pay my bill online?

Answer: Click the "Pay Your Bill" link at the top of the web page. This will take you to a page to securely pay your bill or you have the option of logging into an existing PayPal account to pay your bill.

Q. What should I do if I am not sure my order went through or my credit card was processed?

Answer: Please call the RFPA office at 616-457-5970 or email us at mail@rfpa.org and we will check the status of your order.

Q. I don’t live in North America. Are there bookstores abroad that carry RFPA publications?

Answer: Yes, the Covenant PRC Bookstore in Northern Ireland carries most of the RFPA publications. Please visit their site and order directly from them to save on international shipping. The Wellington Protestant Reformed Fellowship in New Zealand also carries many of the RFPA publications. Please visit their site for more information.

Q. How do I qualify for a wholesale account?

Answer: Please contact the RFPA office so we can help you set up your account for online ordering.  

Q. For Domestic orders: Can I have my order shipped faster by UPS or USPS Priority Mail?

Answer: Yes. There will be an added cost for shipping UPS or USPS Priority Mail. (This added cost applies to book club members as well.) Please call the RFPA office at 616-457-5970 or email us and we will let you know the added cost for shipping.

Q. Is it possible to arrange to pick up my order to avoid a shipping charge?

Answer: Absolutely. If you would rather pick up your order than have it shipped, please check the appropriate box on the check-out page and call the RFPA office at 616-457-5970 to arrange for a time for pick-up.

Q. For International orders: Can I have my order shipped faster by Airmail (ISAL)?

Answer: Yes. There will be an added cost for shipping Airmail (ISAL). (This added cost applies to book club members as well.) Please call the RFPA office at 616-457-5970 or email us and we will let you know the added cost for shipping.

Q. Does the RFPA carry any Christian fiction?

Answer: At this time, the RFPA does not carry any Christian fiction. All of the RFPA publications are non-fiction, educational, or theological in nature.

Q. How can I join the Association?

Answer: If you are interested in becoming a member of the Association, please call the RFPA office at 616-457-5970 for information on membership criteria.
